After 3 days-game, she was back at the Dawnguard castle and she was cured, however, she does continue complaining about sunlight and she does continue using her drain life spell which is a vampire spell.

I haven’t had this problem with UFO, but you could try using the command (without quotes) “get playerfollowercount” to get the number of followers you have, then “set playerfollowercount to 0” to make the game think you don’t have any followers. Try getting her to follow you again after that.
