Can you use Cricut infusible ink on regular T-shirts?
For Infusible Inks to transfer to T-shirts properly, they need to bind with polyester surfaces. And because the Infusible Inks are transparent rather than opaque, they need to be on white or light colored surfaces. A good T-shirt for Infusible Ink is one that has a hiqh polyester count and is white or pastel.
Can you use regular copy paper for Infusible Ink?
This next tip has to do with using the infusible ink pens. We tested them on both laser printer paper and the regular copy paper. We’re happy to report that they work beautifully with both! So, you can use whichever one you happen to have on hand.

Infusible Ink works best on a dry, oil-free, lint-free surface, so I wiped the mugs with rubbing alcohol before applying the transfer sheets. I just eyeballed the placement. To keep the transfer sheet perfectly stable, I put heat-resistant tape along the top and bottom edges.
Does Infusible Ink work on black mugs?
It’s made to go on white or grey you won’t see it on black. Ok so if it’s have to lay down a white layer first based on that link. However that is fabric which i imagine is a bit different that the sublimation mugs. Just like different fabrics hold the ink differently.
