How much money does it cost to get a card graded?
PSA grading costs range anywhere from $20 per card all the way up to $10,000 per card, depending on the value of the card, the age of the card, how many cards you’re submitting at one time, how fast you want the turnaround to be, and other factors.
Is it worth getting cards graded?
You should ONLY get your cards graded IF it will increase the value or make the sale of the card(s) easier. You should NOT get your card graded just because you THINK it will improve the value. Grading cards costs money.
Is PSA grading worth it?

GMA is the cheapest grading company. At present they offer $3.50 per card prices, while the big guys, PSA and Beckett, want $35 (or $20 if you send a lot of cards or don’t care how long it takes to get them back).

Can you get cards graded in person?
In normal times, you could say in-person grading offers convenience and an expedited service, but there is so much up in the air right now, it’s really tough to say. Please check back when in-person shows resume!
Is a Beckett 9.5 a PSA 10?
Everyone in the hobby knows that generally speaking, PSA 10 is the best “non super rare” grade that most cards can get. PSA 10’s routinely sell for as much as 2.5x their BGS 9.5 counterpart.
How do you clean cards before grading?
Is Beckett or PSA better?
Firstly, PSA is a bit more expensive and it takes longer for them to grade your cards. However, their graded cards usually sell better and for more than BGS cards. On the other hand, BGS is faster and less expensive and has a more complex grading system. Their cases and labels are often preferred to PSA’s.
