Feelings like love, passion, friendship, hate or frustration are something that everyone has experienced at some time.

We feel like the happiest being on Earth, the most miserable, the one who is unjustly treated or who achieves everything he sets out to do. Being moods of prolonged duration, which make us see reality in a certain way and modify our way of acting, feelings are a constant that marks who or how we are in each moment.

However, it is not uncommon for us to be unable to understand what we are feeling or why we are doing it . It takes an exercise in introspection to try and understand yourself, and even then it is not always possible. In order to help in such an attempt, this article presents a series of short films that help to better understand our feelings.
