1. Gulas with garlic shrimp

Peel the garlic first and cut it into slices, then mix it with the oil and take it to the fire while we stir it so that it does not burn. When the garlic is half-fried, add the prawns and turn them over. Then add the gulas when the prawns are almost ready . Add salt and pepper and leave it until it is done. Finally, add some squeezed lemon. An easy recipe but very tasty.

2. Mini salmon vol-au-vent with cheese


  • Mini Volvo

Boil the quail eggs for 10 minutes. Once cooked, remove the shell and place them inside the mini vol-au-vents. The salmon is placed on top of each egg and dill is added . Then the caviar substitute is placed on top, and it is ready.

3. New Year’s Eve apple salad


  • 8 pieces of golden apple without skin
  • Raisins
  • 1/2 liter of cream
  • 1/2 can pineapple in syrup
  • ¼ Cup of ground nuts
  • 1 can of condensed milk

To prepare this delicious recipe, just cut the apples into dice shapes, and the pineapple into triangles. Mix them in a large bowl and add the ground nut and raisins. Then add the half liter of cream, half of the syrup from the pineapple can and the condensed milk so that it does not become too liquid. Mix all the ingredients again.

4. Pork fillet stuffed with plums

5. Spiced ground lamb

Ingredients :

  • Lamb carré
  • Potatoes
  • Cherry tomato
  • Tabasco chipotle

  • Lemon zest
  • Ketchup oil

  • Oregano

6. Special seafood cream


  • 100 ml. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • 500 grams of prawns and mussels.
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato concentrate
  • 50ml. ml of brandy
  • 1 l of water
  • 150 ml of cream
  • Salt to taste

To make this recipe it is necessary to peel the prawns. The shells and heads of the prawns are then placed in a pan. The rest of the prawns (peeled) are reserved in a bowl. The extra virgin olive oil is added to the pan containing the shells and heads of the prawns. Add a pinch of salt and cook over medium heat. When the shells are golden brown, add the brandy and leave it on the heat for a couple of minutes. Crush the heads with a saucepan to release their juice and add water from the time. Cover the pan and leave it on a medium heat for 20 minutes.

The mussels are separated from their shells and their beards are removed. After 20 minutes, strain the broth and throw away the shells and heads of the prawns. The onions and garlic are chopped. On the other hand, heat the olive oil in another pot and add the garlic and onion (5 minutes). Add a spoonful of tomato concentrate, the brandy and let it evaporate for about 5 minutes. Add the prawns and mussels for 5-10 minutes. Finally, remove from the heat and place in a bowl to pass the mixer .

Put the cream back in a pan and add the cream. Mix well, add salt and it’s ready.

7. Champagne and raspberry jelly with white chocolate mousse

Ingredients (8 people):

Champagne jelly

  • 240ml Champagne
  • 20ml Lemon juice
  • 3 sheets of gelatin
  • 100g Sugar
  • 20 raspberries

White chocolate mousse

  • 300g white chocolate
  • 400ml cream
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 sheets of gelatin
  • 30g Sugar

Champagne gelatine and white chocolate mousse are made separately. First the champagne jelly is made.

To do this, it is necessary to treat the gelatine in sheets one by one. In a saucepan, mix the sugar, the lemon juice and half of the champagne. Put on a medium heat and stir to dissolve the sugar . When ready, remove from the heat and add the gelatin sheets to mix again. Then add what is left of the champagne and transfer to another container.

For the chocolate mousse, the egg whites are mounted on top and the sugar is added. In a bowl we leave some of this cream and the rest is beaten at high speed . When the dough is consistent, leave it in the fridge. Treat the gelatine and let it rest. Melt the chocolate and heat the cream. Mix the cream, the gelatine and the chocolate and stir. This mixture is then transferred to a bowl to be mixed with the egg whites and then to the presentation.

8. Traditional tiramisu in a glass


  • 500 g Mascarpone (or also: philadelphia) cheese
  • 200ml liquid cream or whipping cream
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 100g white sugar
  • 200g Bizcotelas
  • 180ml coffee
  • 180ml Amaretto
  • Cocoa powder
  • Dark chocolate for grating

Place the cream in the blender to whip it and add a spoonful of sugar. Whip for 4 minutes. In a separate bowl, put the yolks and the rest of the sugar. Beat vigorously. When the mixture is ready, add the mascarpone cheese little by little. When it is ready, pour in the whipped cream and mix it in with gentle, enveloping movements. Then we put the cream in a piping bag and we reserve it in the refrigerator . Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them. In a bowl mix the coffee with the Amaretto.
