That’s why different types of diets have emerged that try to help us detoxify and lighten us while nourishing us. One of the products they usually use is detox juices or green juices .
What is a detox juice?
Detoxifying or detoxifying juices, also known as green juices, are all those shakes made from the liquefaction of various fruits and vegetables . These are highly nutritious juices that provide energy while being low in calories. Their main advantage and function is that they allow the body to be purified, allowing it to regain a balance and helping to reduce heaviness, fluid retention, bloating and gastrointestinal discomfort.
The important thing about these juices is the ingredients themselves, and they are relatively easy to make if you know which ingredients are best suited to achieving certain effects. 1. Avocado juice
Combining an avocado, cucumber, dill and lemon in a shake can result in a compound that helps to purify our body. In addition, it is rich in antioxidants and slightly anti-inflammatory.
2. Pineapple and ginger shake
Ginger is a very useful component in providing relief from stomach inflammation and constipation, as well as improving the absorption of nutrients and having antibiotic and expectorant properties. That is why a shake combining both components n will be very useful to purify our body while providing beneficial nutrients.
To make this shake we will need between three or four pineapple portions, a spoonful of ginger coffee and half a cup of rice drink.
3. Blackcurrant, spinach and orange juice
This type of juice is very useful in improving our immune system . 8. Grapefruit, spinach, orange and pineapple juice

10. Red fruit juice
